Anyone who is trying to take it off newer model of camry, this is the video for you. Mine is 2020. The only difference is that there is no metal lever, just plastic clip that you have to push towards yourself to take the wiper switch out.

How did your know that was the wiper control switch and not the wiper motor? Because I am having a problem with the wipers of my car on a 2018 Camry se they some time work but other times doesn’t and I am trying figure out exactly what causing it the motor wiper or the control

I would assume that in your case the contacts on the wiper control switch are what is more likely the issue. Seems strange that they work sometimes and sometimes they don't. When you get it to work do they just randomly stop? Or is it switching on/off itself? From what i can tell its the stalk itself that controls ALL the function of the wipers. But the issue being caused by something else is always a possibility. But it would be pretty easy to take out the wiper switch stalk and clean it up/check out the contacts. I have heard of people even adding solder to the internal wiper contacts themselves when they become warn to help with electrical conductivity.
