The problem after the price adjustment in 2018 it comes a litle to close to a Tuono. The aprilia has more to give and 175 hp.

SRT SPEEDY Mancaveproduct it's not all about the power. How much do you wont from a naked bike. Everybody expect from this bike to be another tuono but it's not , don't forget this bike was here before aprilia made his streetfighter . I think speed triple is made for people who don't wont to buy a superbikes with flat bars it's more of an Roadster. It's as good as tuono is and aprilia is a fantastic bike

The tuono has a wery steap maintainence cost esp when its time for the valves adjustment. Its also wery thirsty beast wich is a factor when the petrol cost as much as it does is Sweden. This two factors talks for the speed triple.

SRT SPEEDY Mancaveproduct its top of the range motorcycle. If you worried about petrol it's not bike for you anyway . Triumph servicing cost is as much expensive as aprilia

SRT SPEEDY Mancaveproduct so you saying that people who can afford 16000 £ motorcycle are going to worry about how much petrol they need to put inside this bike . It's a premium bike not for somebody who worries about cost . I do like both bikes, but for me they are design for different kind of rides tuono is a superbike with flat bars , speed triple is more of a Roadster not a track bike for sure . I wouldn't compere this two bikes

Well if you are that type off person that try to weigh in all factors when choosing a new bike. For example if I had to choose between the Touno and the speed wich is similar price the 25 hp is not Worth 200 eur a year more maintainance costs and 300 more petrol costs. If you own the bike 3 years you have had 1500 eur higher costs wich I can afford but simply cant justify. I rather take a two weeks in Thailand instead for that Money.

Naked bikes are intended for street riding, not the racetrack where fully faired sport-bikes rule. My 2010 675 STR with Arrow 3-1 and SuperSprox 520 conversion with a +2T rear sprocket has close to 100 hp going to the rear wheel and pulls so hard in top gear even from low revs that I hardly ever need to downshift. Handling on twisty roads is effortless and it will hit over 140 mph on level highway. If I were a bigger heavier guy I would definitely go for the Speed Triple; us motorcyclists are so spoiled these days!

My dealer gave me a 17 Triple S while my 17 Daytona is under the wrench, and I have to say I like the bike. Its totally diff than my D which is neither good or bad but just diff. I still feel the D is the better fit for me so I cant wait till they drop the New 765 Daytona...take my money Triumph!

Love the speedy . Ive owned three a 955i a 1050 07 plate and a 1050r 16 plate and each one was better than the last . My next bike is another speedy love em

Why does everyone at Visor Down struggle to read a script out loud? Every review sounds like they are reviewing a new cement mixer or something... I’m all for an in depth review with some facts, but the channel manages to make riding/reviewing bikes sound dull.

ReerBaadia - Not sure what you mean by “my” style, but yeah it’s horses for courses, I watch a lot of channels to get different viewpoints. My point though, is that you can give a factual review without just reading (badly) from a script and sounding uninterested.

This is one of the best bike reviewers on YT and definitely the best filmography out there. I think it only misses a bit of joy, after all we are talking about bikes, which is something we like and not such a serious subject. Cheers!

Michael Hodgkinson that channel is nothing special. Some videos are poor and tall guy is very annoying wouldn't trust his opinions , but I do like bold guy hi knows his staff

lukaszg74 - I hear you, and I agree on both points (though the tall guy can be pretty funny - but that’s down to personal taste I guess). Al Fagan (bald guy) is a really decent rider/racer and yeah I respect his opinion massively, but the thing with that channel is that they always seem to be having a laugh, which is what it’s all about for me 👍🏻
