CycleCruza YUUUUUP! I traded my WR250R for a bigger bike. The WR had nowhere close to enough ass to safely rife the hwy here in Texas. If Yamaha made I bigger dual sport cc engine, I would be all over it.

No kick starter? Ok for a race bike but not ok for a consumer who may be miles out in the dirt when battery fails ! Not an improvement in my opinion.

Ignition on, second gear, go downhill at about 5-10 kmph, then dump the clutch No battery needed!

Um a dead battery or bad cylinoid, or a failed relay, hung up starter or even bad or crusting wires can leave ur ass stranded or ur bike on fire, tf u mean so? Extra weight, stuck in mud or water w no kick? Lmao ya lets see u bump start ur bike when its buried. Good luck haha ur gonna be stranded then its goin up in flames. Lmao Kick start is not outdated like a 200 yr old ford. So stop comparing DB's to ancient Automobiles. Cars are driven on roads not thru deep water, mud, jumps and other elements while riding off road

Uhuh better keep up on that maintenance buddy, u dont understand how hot 4 strokes get, 3 times hotter than 2 strokes. & majority of bikes being manufactured are 4's. Trust all that heat WILL deteriorate wiring

BlowYa BrainzOut hahaha cheers for that, I thought electric starters were inveted last year but now thanks to you and your knowledge i know a little bit more than I did yesterday. Idiot obviously its been under development for a long time and as with anything it doesnt make its way into production until it's atleast semi proven. The physical heat of the engine plays no part in wiring deterioration ya moron. You get high temp wiring and the bulk of the gear is up under the seat (away from the heat). You're welcome to inspect mine if it'll ease that pea sized brain of yours but in the mean time keep using that crank handle and steer clear of technology 👌
