20181007 supercell over the Arbuckles 1538 1646CST

This storm developed in the warm sector east of a developing mesoscale convective system and proceeded to become a supercell as it approached and moved over the Arbuckles of southern OK. As the storm was dying, it managed to produce a tornado near the end of the loop. I've never previously seen a tornado develop as a storm was dissipating. Fortunately, the tornado was weak but knowing that a tornado can develop from such weakening convection presents a challenge to forecasters.
