You have a very smooth delivery and a soothing voice, a veritable Morpheus (from The Matrix) among car reviewers! And very competent too! As a 1 year owner of this very model, I can tell that all your information is accurate, maybe one small point of criticism I would make is the brakes, which can be a little jumpy and hard to make controlled braking with. However, with a little experience they are easily adapted to. Thank you for this review, absolutely the best I have seen (and I have seen a lot!) of my favourite car! :)

Wow, first I have to give you the highest complement passible as I see you as one one of the best car video reviewers on you tube. Your sincere enthusiasm and polished voice and communication really make your video a pleasure to watch. You are very talented and thank you for sharing your sincere thoughts with us. Any major magazine or media company would do well in hiring you as their top talent in this segment. I have a white 2019 Guilia Sport with the 19" wheels and black out package it is essentially a base model with the sporty suspension and wheels. A little more basic than the this car you just reviewed. I'm really happy with my decision with my car. Coming from my most receent cars a 2017 VW CC and before that a Nissan 2015 370Z. Though the Nissan took it in the looks and sound catagory I have to say the Guilia really is the best driver of all three of those previous choices. Once again thank you for being such a great host and I look forward to watching your other reviews of other cars.🛣

Love your review! The Giulia is a truly special car catering to those that enjoy pure driving. My Giulia (2018 Q4 Ti Sport) is the very BEST car I have ever driven. Far surpasses any Mercedes and even a Maserati Ghibli I had for three weeks. The Alfa’s steering is absolutely amazing and the car constantly gets looks and questions. My only wishes (not gripes!) are a throatier exhaust, an override setting for the engine stop/start so I don’t have to punch that button every start, better navigation maps (2016 with no updates made available, really?) and a more durable paint job (too easily damaged by road debris). But it is a real joy to drive and always brings a smile whenever I drive it.

In all honesty this Giulia is the closest car we've tested to the BMW 3 series dynamically . it's a wow wow wow kind of drive on a winding road. The BMW seems to be moving my ore to a softer drive and loosing that drivers character . That sucks ☹️☹️.

for people who don't know much, alfa romeo is the mother of ferrari.....mister enzo ferrari used to work for alfa romeo and he learned all the things thru alfa, and then one day he opened his own business called Ferrari and guess what?? he used drive alfa romeo all the time till the day he passed away....sometimes he used drive some ferrari's....so when you see an alfa you see a ferrari and when you see ferrari you see alfa romeo both has same strong character and great experience driven....the only difference is the ferrari is fast then alfa romeo! buy one alfa and keep forever! good luck!

In the beginning I didn't hear your super excited reaction like we do when you step on the pedal of a BMW. I was questioning whether the car was in fact as going to get the ultimate thumbs up. Do I need a sports sedan? I'm looking to replace my hatchback. Genesis G70? Or the Giulia Ti? The latter is more the drivers' car, I think. But the former is sort of close, and has more content and power for a price similar to the Giulia Ti. Great video. Subscribed and "notified"

What I can say is that Hyundai as a brand has a longer track record here in Canada than Alfa so that's going to count for something. Second. We haven't feathered a G 70 on our show as yet and rather reserve my opinion on that . The Giulia is amazing amazing to drive

@@jay221982 if I had to choose between the Alfa that we drove which was two wheel drive and this G70 AWD, I would choose the G70 . Here's why. The G70 has a little more space than the Alfa. There isn't a mid size engine available in the Alfa where the 3.3T is and the price point for this G70. Is hard to beat. With most turbo charged motor the possiblity for upgrades is tremendous. Hyundai's reliability is more than Alfa Romeo currently as well so these are just some of it. Hope this helps 😁😁👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Hey Elton! I am looking to trade in my 2019 BMW 330xi with only 10k miles because I can’t get enough of the Giulia’s Italian flair. My trade-in value is good because of the pandemic. I would be picking up a new, loaded 2019 Giulia Q4 Ti Sport. Would you recommend me to go ahead and make this trade-in? I’m sure the Giulia drives better, but the interior/technology in my BMW is still ahead. I’d still have to pay a few thousand for sales tax so I don’t know if it’s worth the trade since the cars are direct competitors. Also unsure about which one would be more to maintain and upkeep. I love my BMW but I’ve had to go back to the dealership 8-10 times in the last year and a half.

What I can say is this Andrew. BMW has been around here in Canada for much longer and they do seem to have a better reputation . Now every car is different and none is perfect. It comes down to you and how each car makes you feel. Which makes you smile and feel like you belong??? I loved the giulia. @Ian Lee I never have one, but I was about to buy one until I saw the car and Driver Long term review. All people I know of who drove Alfra told me they were fun car but they spent the same time at the garage than on the road. They were silver hair group though. To me what I am more concern is the subpar infotainment system. If they can up the game on that segment, I will sure place my money on it.

LET'S ROLL OUT I’ve had mine since April. Had a 4C for 4 years before that. The Quadrifoglio is a compliant highway cruiser when you need and an all out sports car when you want. Plus it’s drop dead gorgeous and sounds killer. You must drive one, BUT what lured me to it was how amazing the “regular” Giulia is, just like you say in the video.

We did and always research each car before presenting each show and I just looked back at our info about the car and yes , it's still 5.5 seconds to 100/km which is 62/Mph. But I did say 60 in the show hmmm you're right Dave. Here in Canada we measure to 100/km. That was my mistake. Thank you for seeing that. I appreciate that 😉😉😉
