You use things like fighting games for example to stave off the feeling of depression instead of sitting there doing nothing, feeling like youre wasting your life away because you don't feel motivated to do anything productive. People have different things they use, like some become workaholics, some throw themselves into art, and alot of people use video games.

I use to have friends and hang out time like this when I was younger. Seeing Max and the YoVideogames crew gives me a bit of nostalgia and makes me a bit sad because I feel like this could have been me and my friends if "life" and all of its hits didn't happen. These dudes may have their ups and downs but they seem genuinely down for each other and love hanging out with their passion of video games. Don't be sad guys :( I'm on the same boat, used to have friends and everything, used to have people over so much that I would even get annoyed and not want them around at times. But life did a really good job at beating some humility into me I guess. Drug use on top of flat out bad choices with maybe a little bit of bad luck will leave you as a lonely disgusting embarassment so to anybody reading this, treasure what you got. But yeah really, don't be sad, that just makes me sad and reminds me to be sad :(

This was the first year I followed Max, Kenny, Steve, Simmons, JaeJae, Benny, and Luna on a regular (if not daily) basis and I have to say I’m so glad I finally did. The excitement and honesty you guys bring to everything you do is infectious and it has really gotten me more excited for upcoming games I wouldn’t have, and even some I would’ve, been interested in. Thanks for an amazing year and looking forward to another one, even though we all know we’re just sitting hear waiting for March and Max to dedicate an obscene amount of time and joy to FF7.
