What he says is also such a Raphael thing because everyone in all of the TMNT worlds know that Donatello is smarter than he looks and that he’s basically the smartest being period. It’s also hardly said because it’s that obvious. Raph meanwhile thinks he’s smarter than he looks (especially in Rise’s case) which only happens maybe half of the time if he’s lucky.
