Someone who is aware of chi and chi flow can tell she is definitely moving in a flow of chi . Some of the movements she does seem only possible with chi power and flow from years of expanding her chi circulation which opens up the body in a way that can't be achieved through normal stretching and calisthenics. An average person can't tell the difference between real Tai Chi and Ballet movements.✌️❤️🎵 .

@zoolkhan
@zoolkhan 3 жыл бұрын
too bad mao destroyed most of it in the cultural revolution. And what is still alive struggles to survive or is beeing exploited for tourism.(shaolin) Unfortunately with martial arts, this is not a good way to preserve the culture, knowledge and skills of the old times. They want to be proud chinese, but they have replaced traditional clothing with westernized shit, same with housing... traditional buildings beeing steamrolled with highrisers, there seem to be no sense of cultural heritage preservation. Which is odd for a people that are beeing kept loyal to the party with nationalist sentiments. As a martial artist i am sad for my kung-fu fathers in foshan and hongkong and elsewhere... as the "fast food culture" creeps in.. and "competition culture" just as this one is blunting their weapons. (people dont train the full art, if all they live for is the "show" on a stage.. they will only train the show bits - thus the once very effective fighting style becomes blunt) That having said, the most beautiful chinese women are those that wear traditional clothing and a tang-lang sword in their hand

There would be no water bending with out tai chi. There was an extra on the first air bending season dvd that showed the 4 different Kung fu types that the f4 elements were based on. The elements are based on different chi feelings that each form cultivated. You can certainly feel connected to water with tai chi practice however you can actually utilize all the elements in the tai chi form. This is all based on TCM which is ancient and is based on 5 elements and the creative and destructive cycles that keep them in balance.

传统武术的比赛/表演在国内可能都没什么人看了,在油管居然能有这么多外国人欣赏。 Even in China nowadays people wouldn't appreciate how beautiful these traditional arts are. Seeing all the people here speaking different language liking it really makes me a little proud

In a real fight, flexibility and strength makes the winner. Just rethink whether you get it from Taichi. My own answer is a proper yes.

@@minhnguyenquang1511 Personally I'd compare this to ballet, a skillful and graceful dance that takes over a decade to fully learn.
