Honestly, knowing how efficient it's progenitor was in driving dynamics, I was expecting a world of a difference but sadly, that doesn't seem to be the case. Audi has emphasised on comfort, but I don't think it would be anywhere in the territory of a C-Class or an A4 which in my opinion sits at the echelon. It was the sheer driving pleasure that the 3-Series continued to rack up the sales charts for seven long years so having lost ground on that front, it might have a tough time justifying its price. I think the new selling point that opens up for this Bimmer might be its styling, refinement levels and the overall cabin ambience that one would never forget. But again, it is a jack of all trades, a master of none unlike its formidable rivals.

I think BMW releasing a car in 2019 mid without a hybrid variant is a big mistake. A 1.6litre petrol with electric motor making similar power figures but higher acceleration and at least 40-50kms pf pure electric range is a minimum. It would have made this car not only future proof but killed the competition. Now when skoda superb releases their hybrid in 2019 end or 2020 mid max it will further eat up the 3, A4 and C class market. Because Indians love VFM, mileage and spacious interiors.

It is a best car but not for indian roads ... tyre profile is so low that it damages the vehicle, suspensions ,also tyre .... particularly in maharashtra where roads are okay and suddenly the pot hole comes ... and if you hit in that bump you will definitely damage the tyre and rim and suspension.... i was a happy user of BMW but now its sucks .... BMW should definitely build their vehicles for indian roads and tyre profile should be increased as well
