The 2019 BMW X3 is BMW's new mid sized SUV. Today I'm reviewing the new 2019 BMW X3 base model to show you all the ins and outs of the X3 as well as show you what your money can get if you buy the car with no options at all! ----- And I will be driving the 2019 bmw x3 to give my full opinion.

Awesome revue, dude. You nailed it from concept to finish. Almost every reviewer goes with the top trim - or at least as close as they can. BMW's M and Competition series are really different animals altogether, so those warrant their own separate reviews. Your presentation style too is very straightforward and no-nonsense.

Absolutely loved the great detail and in-depth”ness” of the video. Although this X3 is nowhere near base. After observing the video this vehicle is at well over $45k. The options are as follows: • 2019 BMW X3 sdrive30i ($41,000) - Mineral White Metallic ($550) - 19” V-Spoke, Style 692 wheels ($600) - Black Vernasca Leather with contrast stitching ($1,700) - Heated Front Seats ($500) - Panoramic Moonroof ($1,350) - Navigation System ($1,700) Destination Fee ($995) **TOTAL: $48,395** I mean yea there’s no options, but it’s definitely already in the mid-range price point. Here on the east coast most people get the xdrive30i Premium Tier model with price tags a tad bit over $50k. I don’t know what the dealer told you, and if that was your only option, but something with the base wheels and standard screen would’ve really showcased a true “base model” Also other things to add (for viewers): - Heated seats are $500 not $350 - Base model has smaller non touchscreen display with different controller and gauge cluster. - wheels shown are not standard - Sensatec (Leatherette) does not have door panel side stitching

@@Moe-yx5ue I bought a loaded X3 with MSRP at 54K for 47K. The penski dealers will deal. Bought mine in Scottsdale AZ. There is allot of margin on these. The auto industry is in a recession now. You can get good deals on BMW being Penski dealers support them.

Thank you, appreciate that! I would prefer the x3 personally. Offers most of the practicality of x5 in smaller/cheaper platform. Drives great and just feels like the right size on the road. Small enough for city driving/nimble feel and large enough to transport most things as well. Also sits four adults comfortably!

All new mainstream BMWs (excluding some Z, M [performance], & BMW i models) sold in the US come standard with run-flats Most of the models have the option to switch to non run-flats if you prefer so. The tire option in itself is no-charge but they do require you to get the “space-saver spare” option at $150. The X3 specifically only has the option for non run-flats on the $600 19” Style 692 wheel option shown in the video, not on the standard 18” Style 688 wheels. If you want non run flats on the X3 you’d have to spend the $600 to get the 19” wheels but they l don’t charge you $150 for the space saver spare option unlike something like a 330i where they make you pay the $150 on its base wheels. I’m not positively sure that the non run-flats is not available on the standard 18” wheels, but the online BMW “Build & Price” does not give the option. You’d have to ask your local authorized dealer. A fact that most people don’t know is that when you option the X3 with the space-saver spare the load floor in the rear is raised a couple inches and the silver rails for the cargo hooks are also deleted. That under floor load space is also gone, completely reserved for the spare wheel.

Definitely NOT a base model. The standard seats are not leather and are not bolstered--the seats in this video are the leather sport seats. In addition, that car has the technology package with the bigger screen and the electronic gauges. Panomatic sunroof? Not base either--thats part of the premium package.

hahah nowadays safety features are included in all models. The difference b/w base model and full extras are the wheels, bigger nav screen, engine and $15 000

@@downjones4701 Safety features not included in the base model X3 include Driving Assistant Plus, Active Cruise Control with Stop&Go function, Cross traffic warning, Steering and Lane Control assistant, Lane keeping assistant, Side Collision warning, adaptive LED headlights with high beam assistant. And of course a more powerful engine, better transmission, better wheels, higher quality interior, keyless entry, contactless opening of tailgate, parking assistant plus including surround view and 3D view. I would know because I decided to pay an extra $10k to get all these things, and I think it is stupid to get a BMW without getting all these things that make a BMW so MUCH better than a regular car.
