put the plastic connectors ontop of factory harness to avoid rattles.

Those connectors aren't extremely easy to get out. I've be trying for hours and can't get them out. It's very hard to get you hand up there to depress the clip. I have the whole system in and will try tomorrow to get the connector out. It's 30 degrees out, maybe that why it's so hard.

Unfortunately, no you would have to remove that storage to install this upgrade. By default it will not just install.

I've installed this set up on my 23 Sierra, but my rearview mirror plastic housing keeps rattling. I can confirm its the plastic because when I place my hand on it, it will stop the annoying rattle. Is there any trick/hack on how to fix the issue?

depending on the location of the rattle, maybe a dab of silicone?

My system did not come with fuses in the fuse holders for under the hood. What size should they be?

So I found the fuses, but now I after I installed everything, the system doesn't work. Everything is installed properly but the light on the amp is not lighting up so I checked to see if I was getting power back to the amp & I'm getting 12v. I'm very frustrated & at a loss. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi there, You may need to re-check your connections. However, I am not certain if you saw the things to know for compatibility. THINGS TO KNOW Two 25-amp micro fuses will need to be acquired for this upgrade. IOR & IOS Infotainment system that have Non-Bose(UQF) audio systems: REQUIRES Crew Cab or Extended Cab Model REQUIRES UQF, 6-speaker Audio NOT for use in Regular Cab Models NOT for use in Models with IOT Audio System, 8″ diagonal screen NOT for use in Models with UQA, Bose 7-speaker Audio NOT compatible with second-row underseat storage IOS or IOT Infotainment system that have Bose(/UQA) audio systems For use in ALL Crew Cab or Extended Cab Models (IOS, IOT and UQA/BoseAudio Systems) NOT for use on Regular Cab Models NOT compatible with second-row underseat storage Can you verify if you fit that criteria?

It would depend on the option code that you are equipped with. If you are equipped with the UQA option code, that would mean you are equipped with Bose Audio and do not need the amplifier. But if you are equipped with the UQF option code, that would mean you do not have Bose Audio and you would require the amplifier. Feel free to reach out to our sales department with your VIN# ready. The green wire is for linbus communication. By LOC, I'm not sure I follow, I don't recognize that acronym. Did you mean Line of Credit?
