Home made eggnog: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 4 egg yolks 4 egg whites 1/3 cup sugar, plus 1 tablespoon 2 cups whole milk 1 cup heavy cream 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Beat egg yolks until they lighten in color. Gradually add 1/3 cup sugar and continue to beat until sugar is completely dissolved. Add milk, cream, nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat egg whites to soft peaks, gradually add 1 tablespoon sugar until stiff peaks form. Whisk egg whites into mixture. Chill and serve.

Superchat is just what they call it when someone sends a donation thru on the live feeds. If you watching on a TV you probably can't see it, but to the right of the live video is a chat window where everyone chats during the live feed, and people have the option of sending a donation to the channel, and KZbin refers to those donations as 'super chats'. I don't know why it's called that.
