A lot of pros ride 450s during the week. It is less wear on the 250, and it makes riding the 250 seem a little easier

When you ride a 450 your going faster than on a 250 so your mind is used to going 450 speed so it helps you ride the 250 faster

Try an Assos robofoil skullcap or even a headsweats skull cap. Each has a much larger surface area to absorb sweat where it starts. Excellent solution to the sweat in eyes issue and they both fit comfortably under your helmet. You will need a dry and fresh one for each race.

I just bought a 2019 CRF 250r. Had an ‘03 450r and it was a great bike, just fast for the woods. The 250 is a great bike, I am wondering why I waited so long. The ‘95 CR250r is getting some well deserved rest and attention.

Awesome stuff man Been watching your channel since pretty much day one. The lazy spring video that I was there with my girlfriend as well and let me tell u your Chanel has come a long way congrats. Also great seen u shred in person at the local tracks. But one quick question if u don’t mind me asking what u did the trip on your van to pick up the 250 and 450 how was the MPG on the highway? I currently tow a trailer and drive pretty far as well specially for trackday not MX. And only getting about 8 9mpg so been taking about a moto van just like yours but haven’t been able to get much info on how good it is on gas. I will mostly have 2 bikes as well all the time and 2 people. Thanks keep up the good work man.

Hey man, thanks for the support! I was cruising 75-80 the whole way and averaged right around 15mpg. That was even with some Tennessee/Georgia mountain thrown in. I was very happy with that! Van life is the best life

so there is a track in Casa Grande, Arizona that is my home track, it is in southern Arizona so during the summer it gets hella hot, so its a good place to go to train for dry heat, its a hard packed track, but muddy in the mornings so it ruts up a lot so its also good rut training, but anyways going to and from Glen Helen, it's a good stop for training and can also get to be pretty fast. It also has big some big jumps on the main track so that could help too. Anyways again, just saying its a good place to ride before and after Glen Helen. Also WW Rank is on the schedule this year and it's in Florida so you can get some time on that track.

I'd be really interested to see a 250F vs 250 2 Stroke comparison... As someone who's faaaarrrrrrrr from pro I personally enjoy riding a 250 2 smoker more than any other bike. I just find that they feel super light and are really versatile as far as riding a wide variety of MX and Off-Road terrain.
