The switch in front of tank is to start it without key fob using a pin code

You don’t need to use on/off button in front of the tank to switch on the bike. There is a button on right handle bar you can use. It looks like this -> 🔒

Reefer 007 Actually, if you turn off the bike and then turn the steering to the right and hold the button 🔒 for 3 sek, it will lock the steering as well. So there is no need to use that button in the front of the fueal tank at all. At least I never use it. And never did.

Dr.Janis Karklins agreed. I never use it either and find myself wondering why nearly every video on the 1260 shows it being switched on by the button in front of the tank. I also get bored of it being called a cruiser...

The x diavel is more cruiser style with the foot pegs more forword than the diavel. For me the diavel much more comfortable than the xdiavel.

Unrelated note, are you sure about the dislikes? Thought I'd heard from tubers that up or down thumb didn't matter as long as either was hit? I'm also watching all videos in full when liking (why it takes me so long to progress), not sure how much view count and view times count, but I'm sure that's part of it too.

XDiavel is more of a cruiser unlike its bigger brother Diavel. I love the Diavel for the power and comfort riding.

Chains and Desmo service? Bah, the vast majority of people don't ride enough to have to stress over the maintenance costs. Anyone who says otherwise is reading or watching too much internet! If you're stretched that thin, you shouldn't own either one.

The X Diavel is much closer to a cruiser, feet forward and its belt driven, and its a 1260, the Diavel 1260s is more of a muscle bike as ur feet aren't forward and yes u should have done more research on this bike and what it is...
