At the beginning of the video you mis-speak about level 1 and level 2 charging. When you take the cap off the bottom holes, that's for level 3 charging. Both level 1 and level 2 use just the top part of the connector and are for home charging (level 1 is 120 VAC and level 2 is 240 VAC).
