2019 Hyundai Tucson - Interior Exterior and Drive

The 2019 model includes a revised powertrain lineup featuring more power. The two engines offered include a 2.0-liter direct-injected four-cylinder engine (with an estimated 164 horsepower and 151 lb.-ft. of torque) and a 2.4-liter, direct-injected four-cylinder engine (with an estimated 181 horsepower and 175 lb-ft. of torque). Both are coupled with a six-speed automatic transmission. The 2.0-liter engine is found on the Value and SE trims and the 2.4-liter engine is inside the SEL, Sport and Limited trims. The six-speed offers SHIFTRONIC™ manual shifting mode and includes an overdrive lock-up torque converter for higher fuel economy at highway speeds.

Saw it tested it scrutinised it and compared the suv market tried every one except Hyundai no I won’t be interested said I ,I bought it what a car 2019 black and loaded can’t wait till I pick it up krill sounds for a old rocker love the blue illumination heated seats and chill and heated steering wheel even thingies to stop you running over or into your neighbors electric tailgate led headlamps electric seats and leather that’s what I remember loads more for your hard earnt highly recommend service was second to none .

Picked my new 2019 Hyundai Tucson up 5 days ago and I hate it already.. I could sit and cry. I want it gone already. It’s only done 200 miles from new and I don’t even want to get back in it.

i got a 1.6 gdi and it was totally crap engine. you need a 1.6 t-gdi or above. mine went back to the dealer last week. you put your foot down and there is nothing there. if i get another it would deffo have to have a turbo.

Mr Right I test drove the 1.6 t-gdi and ordered the 1.6 gdi. I know it was a stupid thing to do but the sales man said there would be not a lot of difference and the 1.6 gdi was still good on duel carriageway s and motorway. He was wrong! Anyway, I’ve ordered the 1.6 t-gdi and I collect on the 14th Jan. I know what I’m getting this time. And just to add, at the time of ordering the 1.6 gdi there were no demos available for the non turbo version and they also had good stock. Maby he needed to shift some crappy gdi engines. Still a beautiful car though.

@@666wilf Just took delivery of the 2.0-GDI which has 164 HP. I wouldn't recommend less output than this. Very quiet & stylish & soaks up the bumps so well. From a marketing angle, I think Hyundai made a mistake by not including basic safety equipment in the ActiveX model. They could have blown the competition away by marketing it as the best value SUV in this segment.
