I don't believe it's the fuse box , in order for the fuse box to be shorted the fusebox needs a ground to draw current . When you unplugged all connectors except the batt + it lost a source of ground . . . Thanks for posting your process brother keep it up . I'm on to part 2 !

4:55 - the current draw switched from negative to positive. Meaning the battery is now being charged. I think part of the problem is how you connected the battery maintainer.

Mid video comment: Wow super fascinating. My first thought was a thermistor(ntc )that is heating up and resistance decreasing creating a steadily increasing short. luckily something like that makes it easier to find. Modules waking up will be more stepped amp increase. Interestingly enough as I just found out ntc thermistors are made from a semiconductor like what you might find on a circuit board. So looks like a semiconductor on that board has gone rogue. OR two conductors that are barely touching and as it heats up and expands they connect more 😅🧐

The power control relay has power coming in from the battery then to the fuse box. Your meter is bypassing the relay. Shouldn't the relay stop power going to the fuse box.

@@DallasAutoDiag I am thinking another pass with the IR Camera. Whatever is consuming all that power has to be getting warm/hot. When is part 2 going to be posted. Inquiring minds would like to know. This is crazy interesting.
