On 19th July, I had the opportunity to do a brief walkaround on a friend's hire car, a 2019 Kia Ceed 1.6 CRDi 2. Due to very limited time and not being insured, I was not able to move or drive the car, but I did take great interest in taking an up close look at the current generation Kia Ceed. The model name (albeit in modified form) has been around for almost fifteen years now, but this generation first appeared in 2018.
Join me on an incredibly shambolic shuffle around this delightful Korean hatchback, where I have to avoid filming one side of the car entirely, discover some rather nice interior details, open the bonnet into a fir tree, desire a hire trim level, get quite comfortable in the seats, praise the conventional handbrake, admire the steering wheel and reveal a disdain for diesel to the surprise of absolutely no one. Nothing untoward, then!
As an independent vehicle consultant, I take potential buyers through the whole car buying process from choosing a make and model to a vehicle handover and road tax. In addition to information on this service, I also have a selection of written and video reviews of cars that I have owned, hired, borrowed or have somehow come into my possession. Please use the Contact Me page on my website to get in touch, visit my Facebook page for latest updates and share this video if you like it! Thank you for watching.
