Hey. Got a question. I know I’m late but you I believe would have good advice. I’m looking for a 19 bike. Stuck between the ktm 250 vs KX250 vs crf250. Any opinions? I’m coming off a cr250r but want to be more competitive on a 4 stroke. I’m a C class rider right now but I want to work my way up to A class and maybe hold a pro license one day. Any help would be great thanks

Hey there! I would suggest the KX250 is the most well rounded bike of the group depending on your riding skill level. The KTM would be the best performing bike out of the 3 but it's costly to purchase and maintain so if cost is a consideration go for the kx :)

Shelby Paget thanks for the reply. I went all over and sat on a bunch of bikes. The Honda felt good. The KX250 felt too small I’m 6’ But the ktm felt great. It had the leg room I’m looking for and also the slimness where I was looking for it. I’m gonna invest in a long term bike so I’m trying to just get what suits me and not price that much

I used the GoPro 5 haha I need to upgrade still...The bike felt awesome man! Super smooth, good torque and very agile

Yes I think you’d be just fine at that weight! The 150 will help make it easier to gain momentum through techy sections and out of corners

Awesome video, that track looks like a blast! I was going to ask you, how has the bike been thus far? I’m currently trying to decide between the ktm sx250f and the Yamaha yz250f? I’m 6’2 about 195 and have the chance to get a leftover 2019 for about the same price, the ktm being about $400 more. I hear the Yamaha powerband is the broadest and easiest for intermediate riders to control and utilize. Is the ktm powerband really all mid to upper power or is it still pretty torquey on the bottom? I really appreciate any advice and/or information you can provide. Thanks again.

Hey sorry I didn't see this comment til now! I'd recommend getting a 450 if you would like that roll on, otherwise the KTM and YZF both have good grunt for the 250F lineups! The Yamaha may suit a taller guy better in my opinion

Have you tried the 350? Does it handle more like a 250 or 450? Some say it feels like a 450 and some say it feels like a factory 250

It handles like a built 250f with a bit more low end grunt!
