I used to drive my UTV on the road all the time tore up the tires pretty quickly, so that's one thing to look into if you want to operate yours on paved roads, get tires that are DOT rated for higher speeds, otherwise you'll be eating through tires like crazy as the ATV/UTV tires are generally softer rubber compounds for offroad only use.

I'd love a little pickup like the Comanche again....if they'd just go about it right and make it 100% street legal unlike the current Roxor UTV's...I've heard some say you can actually bypass or modify the governor to get them to go faster than the 45mph or 50mph that they're set to at the factory....so I'm sure with some regearing highway speeds would certainly be doable. The Roxor itself wouldn't be bad but if I were buying a UTV I'd want a regular dump type bed on it...wouldn't be surprised if they got something up their sleeves for that too in the near future. When they first came out they had nothing, now you can order them with lockers, cabs, etc. so they're slowly working through the accessories and such...I really hope they can give us a little pickup somehow, I think if any manufacturer can and would, I bet Roxor will.

Purchase a strip down brand Jeep Wrangler for 28,000 dollars and you have same capabilities and street legal plus air conditioning etc. With the accessories you see with this mahindra . I guarantee he is pushing 25,000 to 30,000
@evantucker15905 жыл бұрын
You are pretty accurate. The accessories for these are not cheap. So yes a fully outfitted roxor will cost more than a base wrangler. But looking at all of the other off-road machines the 30k price tag seems fairly common anymore. People spend an astronomical amount of money on them...I’ve spent a fair amount on them but not 30k plus on a single machine haha!!!

John Kraft I agree with buying a full blown Jeep cause that’s what I would do. That said, this thing for farm use or as a hunting vehicle would probably have less issues with this than a newer Jeep. I like this, but for the money a base model Jeep is definitely the way to go

U.S. Mahindra Roxor Sales Blocked as Jeep Fiat Chrysler Wins Legal Fight. A judge supported Jeep's claims in November 2019 and now, the United States International Trade Commission has issued a similar ruling that blocked Mahindra Roxor sales in USA

Dude, it's not a tractor engine. Mahindra sells diesel suvs like commander, bolero, scarpio, xuv5oo, Tuv300, xylo in south asia and some African countries. It's a crdi diesel engine for passenger vehicles. It has separate bulky diesel tractor 🚜 engine segment. You should see Mahindra semi's and military vehicles...

@Luttu20115 жыл бұрын
Stock 2018 is speed limited to 45MPH and 2019 55MPH, ECU tuned will go upto 76MPH... There is lots of tunes out there for Roxor with a huge bump in Horse power and Torque....
@Luttu20115 жыл бұрын
@Klaus Van Heusen They are pretty lax about tuning the ECU. Coz originally Roxor is Thar DI in India which is not speed limited...
@wildbill23c5 жыл бұрын
@@Luttu2011 Yeah they're only speed limited in the US to get around the legalities of making them street legal, which in some states registering them as an ATV or UTV gives them some street legal abilities, like in Idaho you can drive them on the road but not supposed to drive them on the highway or freeway which people here drive ATV's and UTV's on the highways all the time.
