I have ranger 1850ms it weighs bout 2300lbs dry. 19pitch 3 blade tempest.full tank gas and gear 5800 rpm I get bout 52 to 55mph depending on day wind ect.

I’m wanting to put a 175 on my 18 foot g3. I’m getting a lot of grief for over powering the boat

It’s aluminum and heavier with buoyancy pods on the back. I’m certain it could handle this, even though the rating is 115

What pitch fury prop. Does it come with. I got the same boat 2021 z18 came with a 22 pitch tempest. I think I need more pitch. Boat only does 61mph and I know these can hit 67mph with 24 or 25 pitch fury..
