Rather get the naturally aspirated v6. Turbo doesn’t last long when you drive it like you stole it all the time. And you don’t need premium to get the full 310hp.

93 octane 3.15 gears and 255/40 19 wheels and tires. In drag mode with advanced traction turned off I’ve gotten 4.8sec. 0-60 Has anyone done better everywhere I look online says 5.5-6.0 and I’m just trying to figure out if anyone has done like 4.5 or less in a stock eco?

93 octane is definitely way better for a 0-60. And power overall. I was running 87 with what the dealer put in when I just bought the car a few days ago and the best I got was 6.0 sec flat on 87. After driving about 75-80 miles on premium I tested it again and ran a 5.6 first try. Both runs were in drag strip mode

@@-_-GT350 yeah I got it down to 4.9 bone stock without any mods. Now it’s 4.6 with fbo on stock turbo on 93. Pretty much as fast as a gt on a 0-60. best 1/4 mile is 12.5 at 112 but I average 12.6-12.7 at 109-111

High compression and 20 pounds of boost those are nice fast little 4 bangers but my fear is the same when I had my Evo. I feel sorry for the motors on high mileage or when ppl start seeing what number those motors usually start blowing but I still like them, badass dd

Thank goodness someone posted a 0-60 video where they know what they’re doing 😂. My best is 5.3 and I average 5.3-5.7 consistently. Not sure what all these people are doing posting videos getting 6-7 second times

The fastest i got with my 2019 mt82 EcoBoost was 6.4. The 6 speed kinda sucks because the powerband is not really ideal. The 2.3 really falls off at high rpms.

The stock a10 ecoboosts are no joke. My a6 tuned ecoboost goes 5.2 sec on 0-60 and its slightly modded.

@@a-dog8075 😄ha ha. I have an ecoboost Mustang and when I heard about the speaker thing I was worried about changing my exhaust because I thought the speakers had a preset noise on them. It turns out that all the speakers are doing is amplifying the sound that’s already there. Yes it’s kinda weird of Ford to do something like that but it really doesn’t make too big of a difference.

For any owners out there with the manual, do you feel a slight thump once engaged on first and putting your foot down? I feel it around 3000 rpms but there is no drop in rpm when i feel the thumps. I wonder if this is normal, thanks!

TheDustyaman Im pretty sure track apps is not always accurate. Ive noticed that in a lot of runs posted on youtube track apps read a bit more than the actual run by .2 .-3 usually. . In the forums its been discussed how it is not 100% accurate .. Best is to get a tool such as dragy or take it to the drag strip. 👍

Still quick don’t get me wrong but seems like Ford says the cars are faster than they are, what the difference is idk but these are supposed to be 0-60 in 5.0-5.1. The V6 were a little slower as well and I even just watched a new GT do 0-60 in 5.0. Seems like these are difficult to get the advertised time in.

Congrats on the Mustang! I got a 2019 a couple months ago, I love it! Have you tested your times anymore? So far during my tests the times I typically get are 5.5-5.8, my best time is 5.3! Hoping to do some performance mods eventually. Only a few cosmetic so far. Also...what color did you get?!

I can't wait on my next mustang!!!! The 2015 ecoboost is what I have my eye on!!! I had a 1995 mustang 5 sp v6. It was a great car untill it wrecked on the interstate.. 8 cars involved and I was one of them!! That was back in 2015 and not a day gone by WITHOUT me thinking of that wreck... it hurt so bad it was like loosing my father who passed away in 2014

My Honda Civic does the 0-60 in 6 seconds with only 200 hp. This goes to show the power to weight ratio. Sick I think I can take an eco boost from a 30 roll lol.

our ecoboost had a blown head gasket at 35k miles and the parts were on backorder because its a common problem.

Launch it at higher rpm and it will take almost a full second off. if you got some grip on them tires you can really get the times down with the right launch.

They’ll last about 150,000-200,000 miles with no major issues, If well taken care of and reg oil changes. After that it’s best to sell it

I ran 4.9 on my 2018 10 speed ecobeast res delete muffler delete roush intake and on 93 with nittos. Next step is a tune with downpipe hopefully drop it to 4.3-4.5

@@yyeezyy630 nope straight line on a regular road. ill upload a video before the year ends. Throw it in sport+ with traction off and launch it in first and shift into second as soon as you get wheel spin. Also it has a catless downpipe and quad tips with a 3.5" straight pipe running from the downpipe now and i picked up a SCT accessport tune. I go to a lot of car meets here in toronto any stock 15-17 gt ive seen runs high 4s and low 5s.

3.5L twin turbskie v6, the car is the same line as the Ford Taurus. They gave the Lincoln mks Ecoboost mks 10 less hp than the Taurus SHO. Just a luxury brother
