The win is because of the way the two anchor runners took off when receiving the batton....Wisil is faster but receive the baton waiting and not running

There was no chance Wisil could have made up the stagger outside Young, seeing that the Fijian was already in her stride. Such exquisite baton exchange all throughout by Fiji. PNG shot themselves in the foot with that amateurish final change-over. Although they led throughout much of the race, the fastest woman in the Pacific simply could not overcome the deficit.
