How do you do this on the drivers door since it has the key fob lock?

The key cilynder must come out as the handle caps from the other doors

How do you remove the rear door handle? Do you need to take off the door panel

You need to remove the weather strip on the side of the door. You will find the entry for your tool

And how many times did you have to try that before it actually worked? I work at a body shop and I just spent 45 minutes trying to get that damn door handle back in.

This is the wrong way.... you are auppose to pull the handle all the way up and then pull the tab inside to lock it in place. You can then slide the handle off.
