This was a used one. AND sometimes new cars do get lot damage. Not saying often, but it does happen. You don't have to be so critical. This is what is wrong woth todays society. Geez. How bad would you feel if you came to buy this one and it DID have a ding even with being so new? You would be upset. I just try to be as thorough and upfront as possible. Thank you
