A very good 4 year update. The Tivoli does sound like a very good buying decision considering its reliability and value for money versus standard features. Good Health to put as many trouble free miles on in the next 4 years Sir.

We will keep it at least until 2025, possibly 2026, sir.

An excellent report, which I appreciated. It's a pleasure to be a member to get these uploads and the shambolic shuffles too. It's a useful vehicle at a great price point.

Yes sir, quite possibly! We have owned it for years now, so I can't even remember if or when it actually existed...

Don’t think I have ever seen one. There is a vet that lives close by who has a big 4x4 “tank”made by the same company (they sometimes have to pull a horse box)….they have had a few one after another. And yes it’s got that other sort of engine….but even for that other sort of engine, it’s sounds absolutely awful….like a tank. And it’s only about 4y old. I’m currently averaging around 54mpg on E10 petrol in my Honda Jazz 2019 1.3 CVT. On the previous tank of petrol I was averaging around 56.8mpg because longer journeys. It’s like the further I go, the more it saves. Interestingly the manual version is officially slightly less economical (only 5 speed)…and not a very nice manual gearbox/clutch (I have driven one). In the case of your car & mine we have the best and last of a breed of conventional petrol engines…not hybrid or electric. I expect if gov net zero plan continues a number of people will be wanting these cars due to higher upfront costs & practically issues around going fully electric….and increasing thru the staircase phasing out of regular vehicles they won’t be able to buy a new conventional car. So 2nd hand values could remain high for a number of years.

I have a video coming up on the government's 22 per cent electric car market share mandate for this year. It's going to be interesting to see if manufacturers are able to comply, or, as you say, if the public just continue to buy secondhand standard petrol cars.
