My daughter's 2019 Yaris is the same way. Anytime I go to the parts store, it's a mission to find the correct part because it's really a Mazda. 😮 When I replaced the stretch belt for the water pump, the Mazda part number printed on the belt didn't work. We ended up using the Toyota part number to find a Gates replacement belt 😂.

@@DallasAutoDiag yeah I called the dealer and found out I have the hatchback key and I am supposed to have the sedan key lol. I still need to fix it lol. Thanks bud you have the only video on the internet for this code

Wow, Crazy! I still think you have to charge something, Maybe not your whole fee but at least a flat fee for checking out the car. Just like if you're diagnosing a car and it takes you five minutes, I assume you would charge at least an hour or a come-down fee.

correct. some dealers even if they have the part available they won't sell it to the public. they leave it for in-house repair.
