This specific scooter was love first sight. It's gonna be my new urban commute bike in a few months.. I own a Yamaha TDM 900 that i really like but I need a lower cost one for my everyday use.. I feel i can't go wrong with that choice..!

Love the matte red, love the digital display and the chrome around the headlight. Bought mine at a dealership in SOCAL yesterday were they had like 30 Vespas and I'll tell you, in person, side by side, the red matte stands out and looks more "expensive". Love the glossy Vespas too, but these new matte colors look so great in person.. Having it delivered tomorrow! :D

I prefer analog displays. Needles revving, guages, etc. also, NO vehicle needs a matte finish. Takes away the look that is Vespa.

I think 90% agree with you... I plan to buy a Vespa Primavera 50cc in the Spring 2019. I hope they still have the old analog dashboard. If they only come with this new display - obviously will NOT be buying it.

howlingwolf125y vespa only began making these bikes With the new instrumentation this year. If you opt for a bike from one of the previous years, you should be able to get a brand new one with more of the features you’re looking for.

I was looking for a 2018 Vespa Primavera's (in black(nero volcano) near my area (within 250 miles) and they are sold out and only have the feminine colors (baby blue, red, white)

Not for me. I don't like: red matte paint, LCD screen, and shiny chrome handlebar ends. I do like the 12" wheels. I liked the older handlebar trim better. The tail light is acceptable. The old one was okay as well. I still wish the side-cowels were replaceable like in the old scooter. If Vespa wants to sell more scooters in the United States, they would increase the displacement: Vespa 375 GTS Rally and Vespa 200 Premavera, and lower the seat by 25mm, taking it from the "Pet Carrier." People would once again, seriously race Vespas. The Premavera is a great looking scooter, and even better in person.

I have a 2019 Primavera Sport. Everythng else is the same but the model they released here in the Philippines doesn't come with the LCD display and the key fob..

What is the difference between the Vespa 150 models? Is it just cosmetics or performance ? If it is performance witch one performs better for 55mph country road riding?

Sprint and Primavera 150 have the same engine and same overall performance. Only difference is the cosmetics, so it's all personal preference. Thanks!

My wife and I are possibly looking at getting a Primavera/Sprint for the back of our campervan (small RV). We don’t get the 150 here in the UK, so how do you think the 125 will manage with 2 up riding, doing short rides up to 10 miles. Combined we weigh in at about 170kg (392lbs). Thanks in advance.

Ironically we don't get the 125cc version here in the states, but I have a feeling it will do just fine for your situation. There are some options, such as variator kits, fuel injection controllers, and cylinder kits, you can install if you find it lacking in power. Thanks for watching!

I have a 2015 Sprint and IMHO the digital screen mode selection is suspect. On my Sprint, 14K miles, the "Mode" button only functions when it wants to.Thankfully it only displays the mileage and Trip A or B. I'd hate to rely on it to work for Bluetooth. They are pretty though, and the digital screen doesn't seem to mess with my polarized glasses.

Haha the graphic options are lame. Its like the customizability of a toy iphone. Options are soooo. Cheap is the word i come to think of. Couldnt they have used more of the screen for numbers in some pf the modes instead of just changing the texture of the pattern in the bottom of the overall layout lol. Sometimes italians get lazy too. But come on i mean. They used it as an excuse to shortcut the decision process on how to design the dash. Yawn
