As a proud owner of FZ25, all the things you said are true the only thing missing in this machine is the 6th gear. Other than that it's a perfect machine for both city and touring. I did a tour from Madurai TN, to Goa it's about 1200kms it's a perfect tourer.

The abs is an eyewash. The Yamaha FZ-25 bike itself has innumerable problems and quality issues which are explained in following video. Don't mislead people by telling lies. Upright sitting posture doesn't equal comfort-ability on this bike. I have ridden the 2018 model, the exact back side of the front seat is very uncomfortable as you can feel all the jerks of bad road right onto your lower back because it also has bad rear suspension. No doubt power is excellent in this price. It sure looks comfortable but it isn't.

@@sudiptakayal9182 , actually yes it is the suspension rather than the seat. But that was 2018 model and the owner of that bike hasn't set it on the softest. That was my experience but don't judge it because of me. The 2019 one may have improved suspension setup (or different setting). Do take a test ride on normal and bad road before buying. One more thing and I want to emphasize it (if you didn't get it already) is that that was the "only" issue I faced while riding for like 15 or so minutes. My frame of reference regarding the sitting comfort I was talking about is Pulsar 180 which I own and Pulsars are obviously known for comfortable rides. Well you gotta admit one thing Yamaha made a benchmark and has upper hand in bringing advanced technology, they were the first to bring 41mm suspension to normal bikes and they are the first to bring fuel injection with proper service and support to normal bikes. No hate toward Yamaha, that was just my experience.

@@sudiptakayal9182 , I understand what you are talking about. But it is the different context, it is about comfort and the road we were riding on at that time was full of potholes. It doesn't take 15 minutes to judge the sitting comfort, it only takes a few seconds to feel the degree of jerks as compared to the previous ride, that's it. Even the owner felt the same and said the suspension was at stock settings and wasn't in the softest settings. If you read on forum about owners experience you will find many people complaining the same. But here is the thing, there are people who can go 1000 kms with even a bike like R15, this is why sitting comfort can be subjective but you gotta admit everyone has a common comfort point. This is why I recommended you to take a test ride before calling it anything. It may be comfortable to you or may not.

Depends on u if u want reliable machine to ride for 8-10 years then go for fz25 and if u want a bike for 3-5 years then go for ns200 i have seen many friends of mine having problems with their bajaj bikes so it depends on u and if made ur mind for ns200 then my suggestion would be for u is to wait for the ns200 FI version which is going to be launch very soon.

If mileage is your priority it’s better to get fz v3.0. During testing fz25 got approx 35kmpl while fzv3.0 got 45 kmpl. And for pillion seating comfort it’s slightly better on fz v3.0.
