@@NorthernRiderOffroad You can Buy a Skidoo 800 or 850 Two Stroke with Direct Injection light fun to ride but Yamaha and Artic with the 4 stroke Turbo are faster .. heavier and last way more miles between rebuilds .. there are a lot of good choices out there win win .. and Polaris handle great .. the Big 4 sled makers make great sleds .. My Yamaha Attack eats up many sleds but the Skidoo Renagde 137" track is more fun to ride and slightly better mpg than 2006 Yamaha .. both are happy with low Octane gas ..

Sean Nelson, it's kinda a big slap in the face for anybody who owned a 1998-2002 SRX triple, it wouldn't be if it was a 2 stroke
@PartTimeYooper5 жыл бұрын
@@jnewlander9483 I disagree with that. The SRX was about putting the baddest, fastest sled on the snow and the current one still accomplishes that. It wasn't about 2 stroke vs 4 stroke. But I also think Yamaha kinda screwed this one up as its really not much different than a Sidewinder. It was just Yamaha's answer to "we don't have anything new this year so this is what you are going to get".

I have a 01 SRX 700 and it handles 10x better than my dads 02 ZR 800 xc. I put a long-travel kit on it to help with travel. My problem with useing the SRX emblem is that this sled is just like the rest of the yama-cats. Turbo 4stroke bla bla bla. Im sure its an awesome sled but it is just a cookie cutter type sled. I disagree about the 1998-2002 SRX s weakness being it's handling. Nothing corners like an old SRX on the trails. They are like a go-kart and you feel like you are sitting on the snow.
