Opfs were introduced to the e63s model in 2019 so yeah this one has it and it also has the soft limiter. It's sad that a car that good is restricted by these

The GLE 63s is an SUV, the E63S is either a sedan or estate (station wagon in American), if that helps. If you’ve got kids, an estate or SUV is probably best, but my sedan is pretty roomy. You could probably get away with it. I got my mom the GLC SUV (non-AMG) and she absolutely loves it. Apparently for older people, comfortable heated brown leather seats was a dealbreaker. We test drove a Kia SUV too (don’t laugh) and there was zero comparison. It was like riding in a car with the shocks blown. So uncomfortable. Hope that helps. It’s a matter of size and body style than anything else.

Built one to spec, and now I'm kicking myself for not waiting until 2021 to get the MBUX system. It's still fantastic. And no, I didn't teenager it like some rich kid who mommy and daddy bought a car for their "sweet 16." No "night package" or carbon fibre. It's a Mercedes, not a Toyota Supra. Wood trim, chrome and black on brown leather (standard seats, obviously - the "AMG racing seats" are expensive and make your chiropractor filthy rich). I was tempted to get the black leather with red trim and red seatbelts, but there's just something ultra classy and James Bond-esque about black on brown leather in a car like this. If 007 wasn't driving an Aston Martin, he'd be in this baby. It's the equivalent of Daniel Craig's Bond and I love it. The Aston Martin screams Sean Connery to me, but this is very modern yet still classy and sophisticated. Lexuses, Hyundai Genesises and Acuras all have the sporty thing down pretty well (though nothing like an AMG), but they're never going to match a German luxury car for quality, ride and comfort. And not because they can't. It's just not their focus. They're just sporty cars with leather seats. Nothing at all special. But they're also cheaper.
