Such a great daily driver. Audi does such a good job of mixing sportiness, with luxuriousness, and top of the line technology. Definitely worth the money.

Great review. I think the S4 is one of the best cars on the market. I have a 2001 B5 six speed manual, Bose Sound System, which I bought right after it got off the boat from Europe. The 2.7 liter, 30 valve, V6 twin turbo is an awesome motor, and the interior is timeless with the red instrumentation, white needles, silver Napa leather on the seats and door panels, along with brushed aluminum trim throughout the cockpit. I also have a 2014 B8.5, supercharged V6, six speed manual transmission, with the Bang and Olufsen Sound System. I drive both these cars in a Rocky Mountain ski town and they just rip through the massive amounts of snow we get. The manual transmissions make them both a blast to drive.

S4's are quite reliable. My low mileage 2010 with 470hp has never had a single failure of any component. No engine light either. A better car than my 9114s. I do over 90 to 130 on a daily basis mainly on exit and on ramps.
@paull31794 жыл бұрын
That is mph with a top speed of about 200.

Audi haters want to keep pushing their 'unreliability' narrative. If you take care of it, it's perfectly reliable. Just don't ever put generic break fluid in it, ALWAYS OEM.
@breakingcycles7413 жыл бұрын
@@daweller Yeah the idea that Audi's are unreliable comes from their older models. Newer Audi's are actually some of the most reliable cars you can buy especially from a German luxury brand.

Was hoping Audi would bring their European S4 hybrid diesel to the US. That’s a hot motor with great mpg. Just happy to see Audi bringing a solid respectable car to this segment. I miss my old manual 5 spd A4. Good review.

great review, you do a great job covering the right details. I own this car and it's everything you said and more. Great platform, hope Audi never messes with it too much. Greatest car I have ever owned.

Well done with the review. I have a 2018 S4 (loaded with every option) and I absolutely love the car. It is amazing. The only knock on the 2020 is the wheels. The wheels look very base with not much design. It's too bad IMO, as the S cars typically have stunning wheels.

You should show room in back seat and trunk. Point of a sedan is to have four seats and we need to see back room space and features.

Although the interior design go back to 2017, check the New Genesis G80 , they just copied A4 Interior design. All the other car manufactures copy Audi !!!

Very nice car....bring your very nicely padded bank account to get you one $60K wow. A really nice overpriced sports sedan in a market moving to trucks and SUVs, EVs and even TaaS. but if your a car reviewer just wait for audi to throw one at you for a few days so you can go tell everyone how nice it is. What do you actually own and drive Ron? How about reviewing those for us instead.....thanks for the video.

I just bought a brand new “base” S4 no options besides the convenience package. I got it $50k out the door. Phenomenal value for what you get. Maybe I missed out on a few niceties that those extra option packages might have delivered but the smiles by mile to price ratio is unbeatable. At that price I could get a fully loaded A4 or a base A6. I had just test driven a fully loaded Giulia 2.0 Q4 two hours earlier - also just refreshed for 2020 (great car, BTW). Mercedes C43 was too expensive, cost of ownership too high and will be fully redesigned within a year. BMW M340i has a nicer interior and slightly better sound, but cost of ownership will also be higher. Genesis G-70 3.3T is very nice too but the back seat is just too small. It is also about to be refreshed and the refresh will make today’s car look “old”. I am buying, not leasing and plan to keep it for 12 years, so all that matters to me. Love the car. Absolutely no regrets. Great decision.
