Great review! I love my new Alpine White M340. The blacked out grill looks so much better. FYI with some effort I managed an amazing 6.9 litres/100kms on a trip from Ottawa to Kingston Ontario and a shocking best of 5.1 litres on commute to work (17 mostly highway kms). On a car with almost 400 hp and 369 lb/feet of torque!! Unless I'm mistaken those are the same 18" 796 M wheels I have with my winter tires. The summer Micheline PS4S tires came on 19s. Highly recommend this car!

LOVE the M340i, just wish they didn't use the "M" in vain like that when it's not a real "M" car. I love the way you have yours setup, that exactly how I'd get mine too, same color, same interior color with the same options. There are 3 things I do not like on it though, 1, the grill closing/opening feature and 2, that they charge a subscription for Apple Carplay and 3, that they do not offer Android Auto. Good to know they no longer charge for Apple Carplay in the States anymore. I'm personally waiting till year 3 or so for them to fix the Android Auto and whatever issues it may have to buy mine. Never buy the first or second year model.

NutNbutSpeed I agree that the M brand is diluted with the M performance lines. I was more shocked to see the AMG badge on a mid level car as well as an appearance package for the base cars. Unfortunately that's what the carmakers do to boost sales. Despite that, I love the M340i as my daily.
