I always prefer the SUV M or AMG over the sedan or coupe, I just find them more comfortable and fun to drive with more space it’s a bit all-round vehicle. Got rid of the GLC63s now X3M comp. Soon will be the X5M comp. I prefer powerful SUV’s. I also hate how everyone complains it’s to stiff... it’s SUPPOSED to be really stiff. It’s the competition if your worried about the ride don’t get a sport car, get an M40i. If I got the competition and it was soft I’d complain. You know what your buying.

Not understanding why people hate on the x3m and 4M. I don’t see the same distaste for the x5m and x6m. Why is this car considered “pointless” if those aren’t

If you want an comfort performance suv. Just try the Alpina X3 or X4 but they are diesels. Comfort+ Alpina offers is best.. even better than S klasse and even Rolls Royce. Nobody can touch Alpina Comfort

I own one and it's not that rough of a ride. I also own a SRT8 Grand Cherokee and this thing feels just as powerful as the 6.4L. I love the x4M Comp and is worth the 85k+. Only issue, which is true with the SRT8 also so I'm used to it but they are gas hogs.

I totally disagree that people aren't cross-shopping this with the Model Y. They are both SUV/crossovers, have some cargo space, and are quick. Why wouldn't they be cross-shopped? Especially for those people who love BMW SUVs, but are now looking at what Tesla has on offer.

As much as people hate this car, it sells enough to where other competitors of BMW have copied/duplicated this 'ugly duckling,' i.e. like MB's egg shaped crossovers, Tesla's Y model.....regardless of the price.
