2020 Camry SE K&N intake Induction sounds

I just put a K&N cold air intake on my 2020 Toyota Camry SE (2.5L), all that is done to the car is K&N intake and Eibach Springs. Otherwise the car is stock.
At first I show the stock intake noise and then the of the video is the K&N intake.
Overall, super happy with the intake, sounds great, and helps make the car feel a bit more responsive.

It is true when people say video doesn't do certain things justice. I recently installed an AEM cold air intake on my 2020 camry and I recommend it to anyone who wants a simple cheap mod that sounds great and easy to install. There was a huge difference in sound quality and and how she gets up to speed. My next mod will be a magnaflow street series catback exhaust system, just have to wait for it to arrive. Im also looking into a throttle controller to provide quicker response time when I press on the gas. The camry is lacking on that.

Your last comment about the response time is so on point. I didn’t notice it when I first got mine but it’s become annoying because of how late the timing is

@@eugenemadarang2245 well I ordered an AEM intake from their website but the seller was still K&N branding for packaging so I believe AEM is a model name? LoL 😂 either way, the one I got is great. I'll have to link it. I also got and I stalled my Magnaflow exhaust system and put a before and after video on my channel. It's a "shorts" video.

@@alexq_1998 yeah that's why I wanna get a throttle controller. It's not as expensive as buying a D3 performance tuner that runs around $600 dollars. A good $200-$230 throttle controller would work in my opinion. But, I also know you can upgrade your throttle body to an overall better one that comes with a meter response time too. Lol 🤣 there so many things that could get worked on and I'm not even a "car guy" with that type of cashflow or expertise to go balls to wall with. I buy a major upgradeaube one every year. LoL I hady Camry almost 4 full years before I even started with any mechanical mods like the Intake and. Exhaust.

Who says you can’t have fun in a Camry? 😏 Intake sounds really good, I’m considering this or the AEM one, also I had the same eibach lowering springs with Continental DSW tires and my car turned into a different animal. It just handled really well, very communicative and responsive, so much new levels of grips. Unfortunately I had to put the stock springs back, the bad roads here in NYC totaled all my engine mounts 😢 very expensive fix $$$ aslong as y’all don’t live in bad rough/roads I 💯% recommend them

The Camry honestly does turn into a completely different car with some minor modifications, I’m definitely lucky enough to have some nice roads here so the springs for me have been absolutely wonderful! And the intake provides the right amount of audible and tangible response to throttle input. I wasn’t wanting to put an exhaust on it because it’s my daily and my other car is a straight piped Camaro, so this guy had to be tamed but still fun. It’s truly the perfect daily driver and still an incredibly fun car to drive.

I have a se 2019 and I will not have a lawnmower for a daily but I do want quad tips instead of single exit so is that possible to replace without a actual exhaust

Yes! So if you don’t want to do a full exhaust on the car, you can go to an exhaust shop and have them make your current exhaust into a quad tip exhaust, or you can find a stock XSE quad tip exhaust on Facebook or eBay. I bought a factory XSE Exhaust off of Facebook for like $250 and that’s how I got quad tips.

It’s just a stock xse quad tip exhaust. All of the noise is made by the intake.

K&N “guarantees” an increase in power but it can’t really be more that 2 or 3 horsepower, I mainly did it for the sound. None of the exhausts for this car sounded that good in my opinion, so i did this instead of an exhaust.
