Nice truck 👍👍 good luck with the fuel during the fuel shortage coming. I down sized from a truck that size to a ¾ ton gas-er. I had the Dot. burn me on not having my big truck lettered up. When are you doing your lettering? The Dot. told me 6 months from date of purchase is the grace period.

@@RenovationsandRepair Please do it soon. I would hate to see you do a video on getting burned by the Dot. like I did. Definitely a learning lesson for me😢= court+lawyer+ fines+fees😢 and to top it all off, I then had to go through a dot. audit which lasted 3½ hours.

Just brought a 22 home this past Saturday and like yours, mine is a xl with STX, FX4, power equipment package and a few more bells and whistles. My main reason for buying it was towing our 44ft 5th wheel. I was towing it with a 19 F350 SRW and we were just within specs but we've added some stuff to the rv so Im sure we were over weight and it kind of pushed that truck around more so down hills and coming to a stop. Its way overkill for anything else I'll do with it but these days they are rare finds so I jumped on it. One thing I dont get, watching a bunch of other videos on the F450's is everyone says the ride is bad or rough. This thing rode just as nice as the 19 SRW I traded in, I think it rides great, I hit some of the same potholes in my Wife's 21 Toyota Highlander and it feels the same. Cant wait to tow with it. I too had to add a spray in bed liner (goes in next week) and only adding those window visors and bed cover to keep the 5th wheel hitch a little bit cleaner and lastly, tint! Im so tire of getting into a 900 degree truckand getting blasted by the sun while driving. Its always a battle between me and my Wife with a/c so hopefully the tint will balance out heat/sun a bit.

I order srw in january ,and am still waiting on it, lol at this rate everybody is gonna be on a 2023 before i get my 22
