GOT ISSUES WITH MY FIESTA (2015), MAINLY 1) THE PLASTIC THE DRIVER SEAT WAS MADE OF, IT CRACKED NEAR THE LEVER DUE TO BEING DRIVEN BY A 90KG GUY 2) THE TRANSMISSION ISSUE THAT HAD TO BE FIXED IN THE DEALERSHIP 3) THE WELDED REAR PART OF THE BACK DOOR HAD TO BE PATCHED WITH SILICONE AND REPAINTED DUE TO CRACKS. OTHER THAN THESE, IT WAS AN AMAZING CAR, TOO EASY TO ACCELERATE AND REALLY HAPPY WITH THE AIRCON AND SOUND SYSTEM.

I like the Puma, but the long term reliability of these ecoboost engines is worrying. I have read several reviews of these engines and they can be troublesome. Long term the cambelts ( in oil) are supposed to last 10 years, but I have heard some expensive horror stories of them failing and costing a fortune to replace. All of this is a shame as these cars are great, just wish Ford put more thought in to reliability. Great review as always.

Most of the time from my experience, it is due to the end user using dodgy supermarket fuel and not opting for premium solutions like Momentum or V Power

@@PocketRockets rubbish! Trouble revolves around the block being made of chocolate which warps and twists so the head gasket can't do its job.

@@steeldevil98 No it's not rubbish! It's a common issue where you get carbon build up due to lesser fuels not being as clean for higher mileage examples I didn't say it was the only issue so pipe down!

@@PocketRockets these shitty engines are designed to run on 95 ron fuel. Carbon build up is due to direct injection instead of port injection. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Ford.

I believe the mega box has been made smaller because of the hybrid battery. But now from what I've seen and read the battery has been moved so the mega is back to full size again anyone else help with this ??

I’ve got a 22 plate what picked up on Monday..155 st-line x … the battery is under the passenger seat and the mega box is massive … I thought the mega box was a gimmick but it’s brilliant and makes so much sense ..

I love it , it’s got the feel of a well made well designed and robust car , it drives well and just feels overall really enjoyable to drive , smaller than a golf so obvs less practical but still stylish ….it’s a 2016 model but can still fetch £12,500.00 👍

Great review ,I'm no Ford fan and don't get the love but I do like the Puma . It's exactly what Ford should be doing and let's just forget the awful EcoSport ever existed . I bought a Kamiq though , the Puma just hasn't got enough room in the back and the Kamiq is genuinely a limousine . I have two teenagers and needed the room . The Puma cannot compete with the quality of the Kamiq either . Also why are the performance figures so bad for these Ford's . My kamiq has the DSG and its more economical and performs better . All in all though I don't blame anyone for buying the Puma . It's more overtly Sporting I suppose .

Hi there, thanks for watching. This is the ST Line X, it's not the Vignale. The Vignale has different styling both inside and out, and doesn't have ST Line badges as this car has. It's been a long time since I reviewed this particular car, but I'd be confident in saying the features you are referring to would have been optional extras.

Much better than the eco sport but rear space is pathetic. No point calling it small SUV. The fiesta is better can't see the appeal of this over the fiesta. Not even that tall. The kamiq is more practical and the TCross is taller.

Call it cross over, what is the issue Joe. It’s just a stupid name for press and potential customers. Who gives a toss about what segment this car belongs to. If you like it- you buy it, simple as

@@roninesce8362 just can't see the necessity for it. Other crossovers more practical just wait until the Toyota yaris cross comes out, it will blow the competition away. At the moment I reckon the T cross and The kamiq makes more sense. If you are going for style (i use that word loosely) over substance then the Nissan juke would be the one. I prefer the fiesta over this though.

@@CarObsession really I sat in the back of one having already owned to fiesta st and I'll be honest I saw no difference in the back it was still quite cramped. Though the boot was bigger I didn't see much going for it over the Fiesta. Each to their own but I can't believe magazines voted for this over the Kamiq and the TCross

Was going to buy it, test drove it today before making a deal. Worst car I have driven in years. 3 cilinder vibrates the steeringwheel, VERY heavy springy steering like its on a rubber band, terrible sportseats made for midgets (they stop halfway the legs and back, terrible), knee hitting the side of the dash, cramped dark interior, interior quality was bad (gaps), digital dash is low resolution and low contrast, very jerky engine and gearbox (automatic). Not going to buy it obviously. KZbin reviews were hyping this thing like crazy, but no way is it a good car.

Over styled pretentious car that does nothing more in reality than a Fiesta. These sort of cars are increasingly being aimed at young buyers who will all get PCP deals to drive the latest trendy car for two or three years, then trade it in for another pointless car on yet another PCP deal. The dealers love young customers. Blindly following fashion and wasting tons of money in the process.
