2020 Glacier bay dual flush toilet in my apartment

Sorry about the toilet looking messy, we have hard water and I don’t know what to use to get the stains off the bowl, I have tried scrubbing with cleaner and brush but it won’t get the stains where the rim jet hit the side of the bowl.
I hate this toilet, the bowl rinse is awful. I can do a bowl rinse test if you guys want me to.
