Thanks for the video, it helped a lot. Some vehicles like mine are right hand drive, therefore the battery is under the passenger seat. Anyway we can safely say that it’s under the front left seat. Thanks again.

Hello, thank you for sharing the fantastic video. I'm curious, in the 2020 GEL350, is the auxiliary battery located in the same place as the main battery under the driver's seat? Did you happen to come across the auxiliary battery during your work on this project?

It was not in the driver's side battery compartment, sorry I couldn't be of more help.

The 'best' sentence (for me) was: "Mercedes should be ashamed", because they should! This is ridiculous!! Not even mentioning that a car produced in 2020 have to have battery replaced in 2023? And if you bring to MB dealer for replacement they will try to charge $1,200. A car battery (any car) it should be "Unplug / Plug".

Why can't they make room in the rear passenger corner like they did in the W211? My w164 ML had the battery under the front passenger seat. At least I could disassemble everything then drive to the parts store and swap the battery in the parking lot. This setup makes turning in the core a little bit harder.

Damn! Battery down within three years? It's insane where they put it in "stupid" places. What's more fucked up is they put batteries/filters in different places in different year MB.
