Hey off question but I have a 2014 5.0 and putting built motor together for 850 wheel Paxton set up what will happen if I don’t use arp head studs and I use new oem

In high performance applications, items like head bolts/studs add clamping strength and stretch resistance to withstand the cylinder pressures created by forced induction, more aggressive timing, and the driving styles that come with it. Very simply put, the higher clamping strength/stretch resistance helps prevent the cylinder head from lifting under those increased stressors and prevents blown head gaskets and various other issues.

Making these for the 03/04 Cobra as well?? BTW you guys need to bring back the VMP 2.3 for the Cobra's. I'd love to have one on mine. Still a huge market for people who would buy these.

This part is a supporting modification designed to make the most of larger intercooler cores and provide the functionality for custom ice tanks, lines, and things of this nature. Temperature drop will be directly dependent on the choice of intercooler core, intercooler line sizing, any pump upgrades done, and things of this nature. The main benefits of the VMP High Flow Billet Water Manifold are the AN connections for simple servicing, a boost reference port for tuning, the ability to remove the degas tank/links from the system for ice tank implementation, and matching to larger size ports on aftermarket intercooler cores like our Apex line of intercooler cores for the '20 and up GT500s.
