some faq answers! :) what's her name? - persephone! named after the greek goddess and inspired by lore olympus (a webtoon)! what's her breed? - she's an "experimental scottish fold" ...she was actually supposed to be a munchkin cat with folded ears, but those genes didn't carry over for her, so she looks like a normal cat! where did you get her? - from a breeder! i live in the usa and i bought her from a few states away which is why she arrived via the airport. it was completely safe, and she was totally fine!

Your love bug is biting and clawing at you because kittens do this to their litter mates when they are babies. It is Mommies job to teach them that you don't have claws or teeth, and to teach her to play gently. You do this by saying the word 'ouch' and pretend like your crying, whenever she bites, or claws. Also, when you tell her no, don't laugh...they equate it to you enjoying it. PLEASE never ever ever use a spray bottle, yell, or etc. at a cat. They do not understand why you are doing what you're doing, and just makes them not like you. Also, good to remember...(for others reading this), that adopting two kittens is MUCH easier to take care of, as opposed to one. Sounds silly, I know...but the two kittens actually keep each other company, play with one another, cuddle together, and then when they are tired...they only want to cuddle and purr with Mommy (you)!

I just found your video today because I’ve been watching a lot of ‘I adopted a kitten’ videos because I JUST adopted a kitten myself. He is the 5th cat I’ve had in 47 years but he’s also the first kitten I’ve had in 47 years. I was only 4/5 when I had my first kitten and the 3 cats I’ve had in between have been at least a year old when I brought them home. I totally feel your ‘she’s terrible’ because boy is this boy giving me a run for my money…lol Your Persephone is beautiful!!

My first very own kitten was also a grey/peach/white kitten. I had many cats and dogs/ fish/ birds and reptiles over these last 52 years. Oh yeah…I also was blessed with one good husband and 6 great children. Pets are important and brought all of us a lot of joy. Best of luck. Ps. My moms friend took in a cat her 90year old dad found as a stray when she got her she was pregnant so she has 6 kittens I am taking one and she will be old enough to come home to me in about 2 weeks I’m super excited I met them all a week ago and I fell in love with the one they call miss ugly cuz the lady thinks she’s the ugliest one lol but I don’t think she is at all and she was the only one who played with me and cuddled me I don’t go by looks. At 7 weeks old they still drink confort milk from their mom cat.. If it have a cat mom, let it another week or two with her, till its eyes are not blue anymore. Just a friendly advice, so the kitten will start the life happy and confident, not anxious and with behavioural issues

We just put are baby down jan 13th 2023 she was 15 years old we spend new years eve rushing are cat to the vet to find out she had two ear infections bladder and hyperthyroidism and some kidney disease sadly she started to do better then took a turn so we made the call to put her down first they put her to sleep that was the worst then the two other shots but we got her paw prints 🐾 so the the bf said he would get me a kitten for my birthday feb 2 so hopefully later February he comes home with one or we go get one fingers crossed 🤞
