@@stephanegavignet1592 they are effective but these boats are still a wet ride. It minimizes but doesn't eliminate the water splashing in your face if you're in the front seat. I usually sail sitting out on the trampoline so I miss most of that splashing anyway.

@@tomlewis509 Yep ! I usually sail sitting on the back sit so my wife gets all the splashing (lol) !
