The difference in handling between Vit and Svart would also be a matter of the tyres. One with road tyres and the other with more chunky semi-adventure tyres.

@@Brookmanrider It is. I’ve already added one to my collection! I actually have more fun riding it than I do with bikes that make more than over 4 times as much power! Half of that is due (the smile factor) is going under or around 1000+cc Superbikes in the twisties. Such a fun bike for newbies and experienced alike. It also has a bit of WOW factor when you look at it. It just doesn’t look like a “learner” bike. Definitely the best bang for buck. The “quickshifter” isn’t really any good unless you are over 6,000 rpm and as it also comes with fully adjustable front suspension simply = 👍😎

Your welcome mate. Yeah it’s a great little bike. Really good value here in Australia. Build quality is amazing. And a much better bike then say a ninja 400 or Ktm duke that about the same money

@@Brookmanrider I'm interested in comparing this or the Svartpilen to the duke 390 given I think the new ones also have quick shifter? I see that for the same money in the svartpilen you get better tyres and adjustable front suspension. Is there anything else you get in the husky vs the duke?

@@scotnoco I have reviewed both the vitpilen is the better bike I would go that over the duke 390 any day. It feels a lot better quality as well

Hey ! If you got to choose between the vitpilen and the svarptilen which one would you get and why ? I think the color of the vitpilen is better but I'm afraid the riding position would be unconfortable on long rides..

Definitely the vitpilen for me. It feels so much better with handling and at normal speeds it is so much more fun with the low handle bars. It’s not uncomfortable at all really I was riding around for about 40min and didn’t worry me at all. Hopefully this helps

I oen a vitpilen 2018. The Position is aggressive indeed. Ist's okay riding Form an hour. I don't Like the Look of the svartpilen handle bar.

Yeah I’m 5ft 10. It would definitely feel small if your over 6ft But still a great bike

Awesome video....thanks. Do you know whether it is made in India or Austria? Earlier models are being offered at the market for more than new and sellers are claiming that this is due to that fact that only up to 2018 models were built in Austria and in India afterwards

I think the early models were Indian parts and assembled in Austria but they changed to complete Indian manufacture. The price when they first came out was up around $11,000 here in Oz and the Indian content is behind the drop to $7,000. I've been thinking of a Svartpilen as a second bike for around town and this info came up somewhere as I was chasing up the bike.

Here it is. The plan was to introduce them early in 2018 made in Austria and late 2018 switch to an Indian factory as KTM is partly owned by an Indian company.
