I have a Diamondback cover with the rail system on my Gladiator. Will there be any interference with the clamps and locking bar from the cover?

Do you have the measurements from the end of the rail to the bolt tabs? I need to ensure that mounting this will not interfere with mounting the tonneau as well.

Would nutserts be strong enough to mount the bedside racks ?

Really depends on the application. We use OEM mounting points or utility rails whenever possible, because it typically means that the manufacturer made an effort to reinforce those areas. Nutserts themselves are sufficient, but the material that they're installed into isn't always and we'd hate to cause permanent damage to a truck bed for no reason.
