2020 Jeep Won't Start on Cold Mornings - Starter Solenoid Problem? Start/Stop Relay?

My 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk tends to not want to stay started after a very cold night sitting in my driveway. But when I took it in for service, the problem couldn't be reproduced so they couldn't troubleshoot it.
This only seems to happen when the temperature is 15-degrees (F) or less and the Jeep is parked for several hours in these conditions. It can be started (and remain started) with the aid of a portable jumper, as seen in this video. It will then be OK for the rest of the day until the next time it is parked for several hours in temperatures below 15F.

2/24/2022:
Apparently, the 2020 models have a known issue with starter relays in cold weather. The first dealership I took it to was not aware of this problem so they basically just threw up their hands and sent me on my way. The second dealership saw this issue before and ordered me a new starter solenoid. I get it installed 2/26/2022.
2/26/2022:
I Got the new starter solenoid installed today in the K1 position. Took about 20 minutes. But since the days of 10-degree mornings are probably behind us here in Pennsylvania, I may have to wait until next winter to see if this solved my problem. I'm told some 2020s and 2021s have a problem with their starter relays where it stays active in cold weather when the vehicle is off, draining the battery.
My work order says: "16221 NOT STARTING IN COLD WEATHER . FOUND CODES P1279 OPEN CIRCUIT TO STARTER. WILL NEED NEW STARTER SOLENOID." If you're experiencing this problem, telling this to your dealer may help, as the first dealership I brought my car to didn't know what the problem was. If I had this information to give them, they may have helped me rather than basically saying, "Sorry, I don't know what the problem is", and sending me on my way.

Just had the first cold snap since this new solenoid was replaced, and beginning on day 2 of cold overnight temperatures, my Jeep won't stay started again without a jump. The same problem happens as detailed in this video, so the new solenoid apparently didn't fully fix this problem. I plan on contacting Jeep again to see if there's another solution.

Contacting Jeep directly didn't give acceptable results (I know, shocking), but doing my own footwork, I got a dealership to install a new START/STOP RELAY in the K9 position with part number 68244159AA, as others with similar issues say replacing this relay solved their problem. Unfortunately, the weather will be warm for the foreseeable future, so I'll have to wait and see. Reference: JEEP TSB #9004352
