For me CX5 is more Moneys worth. The Height,Lenght,Ground clearance,Headrm n Legrm alone has the Clear advantage..Bought a Red CX5 last April n still enjoyin it.

I agree. I got a 2020 cx-5 grand touring over the 2020 cx-30 premium package. It just made sense. also, the interior is much nicer in the CX-5 in my opinion.

This is the only place I have been able to find the wheelbase for any car I was considering to buy. You may have made me change my mind. I had made up my mind to get a Kia Soul, bur could not find out the wheelbase. JB

Front fog lamps are available on the CX-5. I have not seen this option on the CX-30. Not a major issue but in low visibility situations, fog lamps can be a benefit.

We recently looked at a CX-30, abd we own 3 CX-5s. The CX-30 has less leg room for the back seat and less room at the top of the back luggage area. Also the ugly dark gray unpainted plastic trim around the wheel openings is much wider for the CX-30, limiting the paint colors that look good. We add Turtle Wax Trim Restorer to it every few months. Our second choice was the Subaru Crosstrek- it is slower, has more numb steering, the head gaskets and CVT transmission might be less reliable, you might not need all wheel drive, the suspension is softer and more for long straight roads than for corners, the brake feel is better than the CX-5, and the mid-level Crosstrek has fewer features than the mid-level CX-5.

Why is everyone infatuated with speed which you’ll only use every so often. It’s like a pissing contest. All these reviewers, put the car in sport mode then floor it. It’s absurd. It’s like if you don’t hear screeching tires the Car is no good

price difference between the base models is not much....in actual the base cx30 is about $23k ....i think for less than $2k more ill just go with cx5
