What I want to know is WHO are the 13 people who don’t like this video?? Like what is it you don’t like?? Daksina’s videos are always bomb!! Always informative and honestly every time I watch her videos I feel inspired to either pick up my planner (witch also is a B6 Stalogy) or write down a new shop I may want to try that I see she’s tried ect.. I mean she’s amazing!! Homeschooling in her planner!! I mean what is there to NOT like!!!I just thinking maybe you 13 may of been sidetracked and meant to click the “like” button... lol 😂

Really I think the best thing I got from the Bullet Journal method--I didn't have lots of preconceived notions about what bullet journaling looked like before I saw a link on Twitter to bulletjournal.com about a year ago--was the notion of "go to the next page and write whatever you want." I have definitely seen folks who set up and count out their pages in advance in Stalogies (or other blank notebook type planners) and end up changing their planning style so they have to move to a new notebook. My system is a lot more classic BuJo than yours, with indexes and more formal collections, but I find your system super inspiring and refreshing!

@@Daksina In "official" BuJo lingo I think everything aside from basic weeklies/dailies gets called a collection? So not just trackers but notes, to-do lists by category, etc.

I like the notes in random places in the Stalogy (depending on where you are inside it), mostly because I would never be able to decide how many pages to keep free in the back for notes etc. That would never work out for me either. Love your setup Daksina, so many helpful tips and ideas

It's the perfect size for my bag and amount of space I need for the day. Plus I love it in my deringed purple Malden. This year I'm going to work on using it for notes more. I always used free planning and notes in my professional life but it never occured to me to do it in a personal context. I completely relate to having information between your weekly or daily spreads; that is how I did things this year and found it really helpful to reflect back and see where my head was at as I’ve had just a very convoluted and emotional year. Love your setup! I am the same with notes - I like them in between my dailies as they come up. But I have to use an index to find them and I also reference the note in my dailies. For collections I don't use the back of the book but I have a separate smaller insert booklet for permanent collections - as like you I go through more than one notebook a year and don't want to migrate things over. I will be moving into a B6 (up from A6) for 2020!

This size always looks amazing but when I tried it, it didn't work for me. (tried leuchtrum b6 softcover. ) This year I am using a moleskine which is a a5 slim. This way i have enough room but it feels less big and bulky as a normal a5 (like stalogy or leuchtrum) I did use a stalogy last 4 months. I do really like the notebook because of the amount of pages. Thinking of using a b6 or a a5 for my notes. Any advice anyone? I even thought of getting a stalogy a5 and cutting it down to a5 slimn but I find the notebook a little too expensive for that.

I’ve been using a Stalogy in a deringed Malden since the summer of 2018, but I used it as a journal, so I haven’t posted it to social media since the initial setup.
