Congrats on the 1K !! It was the same way here with the no rain . We are going to be able to pick only a hand full of decent ears off the corn we planted . It will give us enough seed to plant good sized patch of corn next year . Thank you for sharing !

Thanks. :) The lack of rain was disappointing, but oddly enough we still haven't hit the official drought stage yet. We are just "abnormally dry." I guess that's due to the small rains that have come through here and there. The pastures are disappearing, though. I'll be feeding hay if it doesn't rain again soon.

@@smallfarmsurvival4026 That's the same stage were in as well . Out where we live we miss out on a lot of the summer scattered showers do to the river . I bet we haven't had a half inch of rain since August . We had some sprinkles hardly enough to wet the windshield of a car .
