Good sensations on the tatami today☺️ decided to take a risk and try a new kata (#064 Ohan Dai) after the preliminary round. Unfortunately it didn’t play out as planned but, loved the feeling of this kata and I’m glad I gave it experience on the international tatami ‼️

I’m happy with my progression but, there are still so many things I must overcome and improve. I’m just glad I have an incredible support staff helping get through everything and making sure I can improve.

GeromeDehGuy ACTUALLY.... I didn’t feel jet lag... but when I made it to Miami... I was very jet lagged lol. But, what I try to do is stay awake the whole day until night time. So I could make my body be very tired
