I love this video, it is amazing how quickly you advanced. I just started skating again for the 1st time in 30 plus years. It's like learning all over again, although I know it might come back to me. It's a little scary, because I'm a lot more breakable than I was back then, and lockdowns have me much less fit than before. I am built similar to you, and I noticed that when you are getting going on the bowl, going back-and-forth , it takes a lot of your energy out of your muscles quickly, because you don't have a lot of muscle mass, just like me. I think that is why after you've gone around a few times, you find it hard to get back out without stumbling a bit, because your muscles have already used up their energy. Maybe you can find a regimen that will allow you to solve that problem. Some type of weight training possibly and supplements. Just a suggestion, because I can totally relate. I also don't have anyone to skate with at my age, and I don't have any place nearby that is flat. I moved to a new area as the shutdowns began, so social life is slow. Rollerskating is something that excites me, and I want to do it every day. I drove around this evening to look for a spot, and literally everywhere near where I live, the land slopes up-and-down. I would have to find an empty school yard or something, but I fear getting chased off by security. I also don't want to skate by myself, but I don't know anyone around here to skate with in North County San Diego that is still unsteady like I am. I get frustrated, because if I had a garage or any little bit of space even in my apartment, I could fool around there. I am upstairs with almost no area to roll around in, and even rolling one foot across the vinyl flooring, is really loud to the people downstairs. The sidewalk right outside my stairway is really uneven and dangerous for me to skate on as a nube. I also don't feel safe to go out all alone. I would LOVE if there was a beginner/intermediate class here. The roller rink was our favorite hangout as kids, and I didn'trealize how much I missed it, wish I'd started sooner. And your bowl work is great, much braver than I am. Don't ever stop 👍
